IN CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA
The CC Strummers play on Culver Boulevard and Keystone (near Overland) where the runners make a “U-Turn” and head back to the starting gate.
A couple thousand people are expected to attend. The race begins at 9:00am. Most of the sprinters (and casual strollers) will pass by us between 9:10 and 9:45am
and then we’ll keep playing a little longer.
Costumes are encouraged because this is a party! Tons of movies and television shows were filmed in Culver City, from The Wizard of Oz to The Andy Griffith Show. So dress up as your favorite show-biz character or a contestant on Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune.
